NSG-17 RUBBER CONE

Tapered Rubber cones set of seven for Membrane Filter Aassemblies, size from 21 mm. to 82 mm. Used to fit around the stem of Buchner funnels, porcelain filters (minus headpieces), and fritted glass funnels. Also used in the reverse flow cleaning of filter crucibles. For supporting funnels, Gooch crucibles, filter tubes and other apparatus that are used in filtration assemblies. With seven different sizes of adapters, can be used individually or in a combination with one or more adjacent sizes. Autoclavable, fully functional even if not tightly fitted around the stem of the funnel being used. Offer an alternative to boring special sized holes in rubber stoppers, or using the more unstable rubber filter aid.
