MS-139 PVG INERTIA BALANCE KIT
For the comparison of masses and for the distinction between mass
and weight. This apparatus comprises two aluminum trays of size
135 x 50 mm., held at a distance of about 200 mm. by steel spring
strips 10 mm. wide attached to their sides by wing nuts. One tray
with three holes to accept three equal cylindrical masses of size 100
x 250 mm. length x diameter. Three support steel pins fits into the
radial holes of cylinders. The other tray act as an anchorage and
may be clamped to the bench either horizontally or vertically.
Supplied complete with three masses and a ‘G’ clamp.
