MS-239 PVG CONVECTION TUBE

For demonstrating the convection of heat in a liquid. Comprises a
glass tube of 20 mm. outer diameter bent into a rectangle of size
350 x 250 mm. In the upper short side is a small tubule for filling,
can be mounted vertically by a retort clamp, boss and stand.
Convection currents can be generated by heating one of the lower
corners of the rectangle. A small amount of Potassium
Permanganate crystals dropped in to the tubule will act as an
indicator
