MS-679 PVG PN JUNCTION DIODE CHARACTERISTICS APPARATUS

To study forward & Reverse Characteristics of PN Junction Diode.
Instrument Housed in a heavy duty metal box Front Panel made of
thick Bakelite sheet with one ON/OFF Switch with jewel light is
provided on the front panel.Comprises of the Two DC Regulated
Power Supplies 0-3VDC/150mA and0-30 VDC/150mA ; Two dual
range round moving coil meters for voltage & current
measurement with connections brought out at 4mm sockets; PN
Junction Diodes mounted behind the panel; Connections of
Supplies, Meters & Diodes brought out at 4 mm Sockets.
