NEEDLE VIBRATOR

Used at construction sites. A motor is fixed on a swivel base that drives a flexible shaft, which in return, vibrates the needle in around 10,000 vibrations per minute. The dimensions of Needle Vibrator are 25 mm. diameter x 350 mm. long needle with 1 meter long flexible shaft.
Functions of Needle Vibrator
• Used for proper mixing of concrete
• Used to ensure that concrete pour is free of air bubbles
• Used to ensure that the concrete pour is even with a smooth finish
