PM-630 SIEVE SHAKER – ELECTRICAL

Electrically operated, to take 6-7 sieves of diameter 200 or 300 mm.
with a pair of pan and cover. Light vertical frame which hold the
sieves to avoid burden on the rotating table. Driven by an electric
motor 1/4 HP 220 V AC single phase, through a reduction gear
system which rotates the table holding the sieves at about
vibration of 280 r.p.m.; with the sieves clamped, table rotates in an
eccentric way and gyratory motion is inclined from the vertical axis
and direction of inclination changes progressively in clockwise
direction. There is an upward and downward movement at a
frequency of 280 vibrations per minute. Both the actions combined
ensures a perfect and complete sieving action. Oil immersed gear
system offer a frictionless action. A quicker rotary motion can be
obtained by un-clamping the table from the adjoining hold.
Finished in hammertone grey and parts are electroplated in
chrome. With a glass window at the side of cylindrical drum which
houses the gear assembly, for checking the level of oil.
