NAP-32 MOISTURE GRAIN METRE

Outer wall of mild steel sheet duly painted and inner wall of heavy gauge aluminum or stainless steel sheet filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal loss. Besides outer double walled door, a full view inner glass door allows inspection of test samples without disturbing the inner chamber conditions. Unit is supplied with o three adjustable perforated shelves. Temperature range is from 5 o o to 50 c + 1 c is controlled by Dual Setting digital temperature indicator-cum-controller so as to set two different temperatures for day and night. Exterior illumination with fluorescent tubes fitted on both sides of the chamber accounts for artificial day light, and the cyclic illumination condition are regulated by automatic 0- o 24 hrs. timer when all the tubes are ON temperature from 15 c to o 50 c can be obtained. Humidity varies from Ambient to 95%+ 3% RH is controlled by a controller at temperature ranging from o ambient to 50 c and the same is achieved by means of injecting steam. NAP-05 RICE POLISHER

Easy to use, economical, accurate, non-electrical with two pans and a hooper, scoop. Used for the easy dividing and reduction of bulk material samples with particle sizes ranging from less than 1 mm. up to a maximum of 10 mm. Consists of a sheet metal box mounted on legs and fitted with a series of chutes of equal width 1.2cm which discharge the material alliteratively in opposite directions into speculate panes. The chutes are steep enough to allow rapid flowing of the material for the rapid preparation of sample, i.e. division into two representative portions. Each constructed of heavy gauge sheet metal, with reinforcement of the portions to maintain accuracy of the slot dimensions. Complete with a cleaning brush.
