NPH-12 FRIABILITY TEST APPARATUS DOUBLE DIGITAL
PVG’s Digital Friability Test Apparatus is a precision Electrical instrument used for measuring obression strength of tablets.
PVG’s Friability Test Apparatus is Microprocessor based instrument designed to monitorthe resistance of tablets to stresses and to decide their suitability for the further process. These tests are carried out by quality control and R & D departments in pharmaceutical Industries.
Multi-Drum Apparatus: High-throughput laboratories may use friability test apparatus with multiple drums, enabling simultaneous testing of multiple samples. This improves efficiency and ensures consistency across batches.
Energy Efficiency: Advances in technology with Double Drum,Digital models have led to more energy-efficient friability tester, from PVG INTERNATIONAL which consume less power while maintaining high precision and reliability.
Drum: The rotating drums, often made of plexiglass
The unit is equipped with two transparent acrylic drums which rotate at a speed of 25 ± 1 RPM. Each of the two acrylic drums are provided with an arm which carries the tablets along with it up to a predetermined height and allows them to fall from that specified height, while the drums are rotating, It is fitted with a digital revolution counter showing the current number of revolutions for the test. A thumb wheel switch is used to set the desired number of rotations. Provision is made to remove the lid of the acrylic drum by unscrewing just one knob.
