PM-196 BUNSEN BURNER WITH AIR REGULATOR

Bunsen burner laboratory gas device that mixes flammable gas with controlled air to produce a single, hot open flame for heating and sterilization in Laboratories.

Comprises
Base: A heavy sheet metal or casted that keeps the burner stable on the table.
Gas Intake: A small metal nozzle where the rubber gas hose connects to the gas supply.

Air Regulator: Rotatable Metal Air Regulator to control the Gas,
Barrel: A long metal tube where the gas and air rise before burning.
Collar: A revolving ring at the bottom of the barrel that opens and closes air holes.

Safety Flame (Yellow): When the air holes of collar are closed, the gas burns slow. Visible yellow flame. Use this flame when to light the burner or leave it unattended.

Heating Flame (Blue): When opened the air holes, extra oxygen mixes with the gas. This creates a hotter, nearly invisible blue flame that can reach high temperatures.
