A Double stage horizontal water distillation unit is a water purification system that uses evaporation to remove contaminants from water. It is a horizontal model that uses a streamlined distillation process.

Double distilled water offers several advantages over single distilled water and other forms of water, especially in areas that require very high purity of water. Double distilled water removes almost all impurities and dissolved substances that could remain in the water after the first distillation.

The double distillation process of water involves:

1. First Stage: Water is boiled, and the steam is condensed to remove initial impurities.
2. Second Stage: The distilled water from the first stage is re-boiled, and the steam is condensed again, further purifying the water.

They produce highly pure, poor in gas, bacteria and pyrogen free distillate water with very low conductivity

• Water level control in the boiler automatically switches off the power in case of water shortage.
• Water saving through automatic water cut-off. Unnecessary water consumption will be avoided.
• Sterillisation of the condensers by steam.
• Visible distillation process . Cooling water from the condenser is re-circulated into the boiling chamber, hence saving energy.
• Very good distillate quality; conductivity approx. 2.0 µs / cm at 25 °C-45 °C

a) Two Horizontal type boiler borosilicate glass
b) Two Condenser
c) Constant level device
d) Double Silica sheathed (Quartz) heater
e) With stand and clamp etc.

TheMetal  Sturdy HousingBase is powder coated for rust free operation and lustrous appearance.

Borosilicate 3.3 Glass condensers and boilers of high quality for long life.

This model is equipped with in Built Safety Cut Off device when water level is low

Double Quartz sheathed heating elements are safe for use and durable too.

Distillate temperature is approx.. 25 to 45°C which is ensured by an efficient condenser.

Drain nozzle/ Teflon Stop Cork is provided for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The still provides 4 Itr/hr of distilled water which is ideal for General Laboratory use and is capable for producing pyrogen free distillate.

Electrical Power : 220/240 V, 50/60Hz, Single Phase Supply.

Compact design, all parts are replaceable,Supplied in a specially die cut foam packing in good quality corrugated box to avoid any damage during transportation.
