RESPIROMETER

For demonstrating and measuring the oxygen uptake in respiring material. The apparatus consists of three parts, a borosilicate glass chamber for the material, with a small water bulb at the bottom and a ground glass stopper in the neck provided with a lateral hole; with a graduated burette opening out of the bulb 75-100 x 1 ml; a leveling tube connected to the burette by rubber tubing. Supplied complete with a clamp for fixing to a 10 mm diameter rod with stand.
